Microsoft released two HUGE free things today!

A free (still in beta) AntiSpyware thingy called Giant and a free anti-virus thingy (to run in conjunction with your Norton or McAfee).

There up to something, and I think it has to do with the validating windows. How many people do you think will go through the prosses, and Microsoft will find out they are running pirated copys?

i know..wasnt implying you did

i went through it all again to see what happens if you dont have the key... all you have to do is click the thing saying "What happens if i cant find my key?", fill out that thing about who you bought your PC from and it will download.

I expected that if you didn't have a Key, they would let you download it, and maybe even report you for not having a key, but I guess they arn't as cold hearted as I thought.

ok, Review Of Giant:

Works Awesome! Causes no system lag unlike Ad Aware or SpyBot SD. Works faster than them though.
I scanned my PC first with SpyBot, AdAware and Spy Sweeper to "ensure" there was nothing there... but behold.. GIANT found 12 things running.

HiJack This didnt even detect those

Not only does it remove these spywares though, but it also automatically restores your Registry Keys! AMEN!! no more digging through them looking for the good bad and ugly of it all.
