Established New topsite for sale CHEAP BIN!!

The topsite that I'm selling is forumsrank.com. It was going to be a topsite for forums (communities). It comes with a unique design (PSD+Slice) I have not integrated it with the topsite script.

This is a new site, no revenue at all, but this site if advertised well could make a lot of money.

again another site that was on my server and was down. The truth is nothing is on that site except for an installed aardvark topsites script with no users. Since I need the money BIN reduced to $50!! Get it now! AMAZING design!!
