i think its better fill the white space between leftside links and footer also right side and footer . it will give more " full and complete " look to the site....

I disagree, full and complete looks aren't really what you should aim for. Centralized looks the way it is now is what is more appealing to visitors these days. Came along with the entire 2.0 crap. I would though take away that border around the center content since that somewhat gives the feeling as if you are stuck between wanting to create a page with center content like that or a 3 column table layout from the old days.

The case study links I would also adjust a bit, their shading I think it is make them look somewhat blurry where they connect.

This line found in the header and footer "web design melbourne, website design melbourne, web development melbourne" could use a bit darker colour, it is nearly impossible to read without selecting.

I like it too.
Good uses of colour throughout.

"Find out how 4pd can help" and "register" on the home page, right column are both too close to the '+' graphics the p from help touches the '+' and the r and part of the e from register are obscured bt the '+' (Firefox 1280x1024).

And this is only nitpicking, but the fonts in the footer are very light and I found them hard to read.

thx ppl for all the comments, great feedback.

trying to get the validation finished, there are so many small things that need to be fixed or touched up. Will also look at fixing most of the other comments mentioned.
