Miley here, I hope I've posted in the right forum, I'm here as I'm seeking advice because I have hard time marketing my products online. I wanted to monitor my customers and visitors that visit my site everyday. I want to provide quality service to them but I'm not so sure if the customer service support software that was offered by a friend to me would be helpful. Its a chat software from Live Chat Customer Service - Live247support.com, I'm planning to venture in this type of program because in a certain forum 2people did encourage me to try it. They even shared the blog about this live customer service software and I will also post it here:

But I want to get more ideas about this scheme, I'm seeking more advice from those who have more idea about chat software before I start.
