Looking for live chat software

I need suggestions for any live chat software that is appropriate for my hotel business. As I have heard live chat is very useful these days. I mean live chat service that will serve as a virtual assistant that would help me communicates with my clients easily. I've been doing a lot of research but one of our executive staff recommended this software live247support. I read recently and they offer different features and affiliate program also. Has anyone tried there software/service?

I'm no expert here, however the first thing I noticed about this site is there alexa ranking is quite high 1,889,660

When I chose a product the ranking of a site plays a part in my selection process.

I could not offer any advice on live247support, however another way to decide on livechat software is to try it out for yourself, there is also a few opensource live chat software out there.
