For example, customer service, web development & maintainence, registration, etc. We would also use the money for SEO and general advertising. All investors will be partners.
web developers/designers: to develop the site and earn money on revenue. more money if you double up as customer service/technical assistance
SEO people: if you can market the site well, you should think about becomng a partner in this new enterprise.
