New Logo and Website Designs Needed for two sites

Logo and website designs needed for:

http://www.LeftWeb.com
A hosting and domain name selling system based on Advanced Web Hosting System (AWBS - http://www.awbs.com / )

http://www.DynaWeather.com
Old 2004 design
Old 2001 design
950 pixels wide with two basic templates:
a national map front page
Local Forecast page (different local menus)

For DynaWeather.com: The header can include just the name, excluding ad topper and City, State form, as it does now, or encompass an advertising area (sacrificing some ad space if necessary) and the City, State form within the Header design. Limited Flash maybe. Small download size is of the essence.

For LeftWeb.com: Need to get away from the "default template", but I am NOT a graphics designer. I can use the tools, but I CAN'T do graphics very well. (I can't pick colors).

Need a new logo for both. Logo should be clean enough for a business card, one color, Prefer blue for LeftWeb.com.
Prefer Red, Bold, Arial for DynaWeather.com, although it's totally up to you It's been DYNAWEATHER.COM for 3 years)! (Actually, go nuts! I want to see something different!)

Bottom credit and link is NO PROBLEM. I get 1000-1500 hits per day on DynaWeather.com from across the U.S.
