I've set up a Wiki on my weather site (please don't laugh at the design, I know it needs redone. I just stripped it)...

Type in your ZIP Code or Place, State and on your forecast page (by the Google Search Box) should be a link to the DynaWeather.com Local page. (On edit, you need to register and possibly find your way back to your forecast, a problem that I need to remedy)
In the two days it's been linked, I've had two people sign up. I just got set the permissions today to allow registered people to create the pages for their local city.
THIS IS AN OPPORTUNITY, but I intend to be anal about being clean (if that's not an oxymoronic phrase...) and relevant. Which means if it's REALLY a local business/town website, great (ala www.mcsherrystown.net ). If it's a domain name with the name of the local town and nothing but affiliate links, I don't want the link (ala www.mcsherrystown.com ).
This could be an opportunity to create a circular reference of websites for you, if you are deep within your community.
