Just a heads up, Domain investing and Web development are 2 totally different things, and just because you are good at one doesn't mean you are good at the other. I would go as far as to say a lot of web developers fail miserably at domain investing because they are too tech focused whereas domaining requires a lot of creativity and knowledge of many areas of business: branding, marketing, business, negotiations, investing, appraising, data analysis, etc...
Then you have investors and business owners with no web dev background come into domaining and do really well. It's because they have many of the skills needed for success. If you can make a profit with domain investing then you can do well in just about any asset class whether stocks, entrepreneurship, crypto or even art.
Read and learn as much as you can because you start spending money. That's my advice (as a fellow web dev)
