The weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. Christmas week usually brings a major lull in the domain business, but there were so many 5-figure sales over the past 7 days we had to double the size of our Top Ten chart for the second week in a row. A three-letter .com went for $50,000 to set the pace. Sedo.com and SnapNames.com were the hot venues, with each landing 9 positions on the expanded Big Board. Any insight why .de domains are so popular with English language keywords? I own a pretty good one with over 500,000 searches a month on Overture so I am curious.
