Hi guys,

I have purchased a domain that is based at Network Solutions and the seller is pushing to my network account. For the 2nd time in 2 weeks I have done this process and it is taking over 3 days for them to send the email to the losing account holder with a confirmation transfer push code (not auth code).

Why does it take over 3 days for this code to be sent when things can be pushed in minutes at Go-daddy.

That...is something only Network Solutions, unfortunately, knows. I read in their Facebook page that they seem to be having system issues, though they appear to either be resolved or still working on it.

Not a good sign, of course. Meanwhile, you'll just have to keep trying.

I know you're talking about a push, but I got an EPP auth code from NEtSol yesterday within 5 minutes of requesting it. They might have just been having technical issues, have you asked them yet?

The last push took 3 days, the seller rang the helpline and submitted emails asking for the push code, it eventually came after 3 days.

This time no emails have been sent and I am presuming that it will be delivered in the same time frame.

It just seems a bit of a ball ache just for a push, they seem to be light years behind others in this department.

Appreciate your comments.

Thanks

Stu
