As you know that NetSol recently requires their customers to create a PIN code and add trusted Phone numbers. You can only skip 2 times before you have to add them. I tried to add my Trusted Phone for several times, but didn't receive any SMS verified codes. I live in South East Asia. Once i created a Support Ticket to inform them, they feed back with a "genius message" : We understand the concern and please allow me to help you with this. Please be informed that this is a known issue that is already reported to our engineering team, we don't have any workaround yet, but once it is resolved you get a notification.
