You need to log in to your UserID first, and you will
need to specify exactly which services you need to cancel. Please be aware that all content will be deleted immediately & unrecoverable. You will need to state that you are aware of this and you agree with this if submitting the request online. We can only accept online cancellation requests for international customers.
