Netsol is just lame

At 6:30 pm ET on Aug 31, I turned off transfer lock for a domain at NetSol. At 7:15pm ET I got this:

We appreciate the opportunity to serve your online needs. We wanted to let you know that Domain Protect has been turned off for the domains listed below.

Domain Name Registration: xxx.ORG

So they have me doing the change 23 hours earlier than I did it. For why ? .....

Might be a case of late notification and the domain name was already unlocked by the time you got the email.
