I was hunting threw some PendingDelete lists and I have been seeing several domains that "Should" be going threw NameJet that are not and just going PendingDelete. These are NetSol domains, so that's the odd thing.

Rectifier.net is one for reference.

Some even show 2008 as the Expire date, but have been dropping, as they also show Pending Delete status...

If Netsol does what their deletion policy says:

http://customersupport.networksolutions.com/article.php?id=309

We will not attempt to complete a Direct Transfer of a domain name registration after expiration if the customer to whom the domain name is registered has notified us by e-mail at [email protected] stating that he or she does not want us to proceed with such a transfer. In this case, the domain name registration will be deleted.
Then there's one answer. If, anyway.

That's interesting! I didn't know you could do that. I bet NetSol gets pissed when people do that. lol I don't understand why somebody would do it, since they are losing out of the 15-20% of the sale, let alone they are not smart enough to just sell it on there own.

So the moral of the story.... There are NetSol domains that become True Drops, meaning anybody can catch them :)
