.net domains

Hi i have found a few keyword phrases that get around 20 k searches a month on google ,and the .net domain is unregistered .Would these be valuable ?

Depends what they are and how commercial the phrase is, how much competition and whether it fits in with the extension well...as well as if there are any TM issues

I personally prefer .coms over .nets

I don't like .nets.

Not everyone has a $100,000+ budget to buy an amazing keyword .COM

As mentioned it really depends on the actual keywords, especially if you plan to do a quick flip.

It also depends on your plans for the domains, for example, if you plan to use the domains for mini-sites .net is a good option.

.NET domains are very underestimated, especially by domainers. Even names with impressive numbers are some times hard to sell, not because of lack of real value, but because of perception issues.

Realistically no because if they aren't already registered then I doubt you're the lucky guy to have found them if they are valuable.

At this point in the game most hand reg are valuable only if there is a newness to it like a technology (green tech) or some newsworthy event like the oil spill.

.nets can make for great development though as domains may only be worth reg fee but imho they are easy to unlock full potential with development.

I think .biz will come next to .com s, I just saw a trend is going to start with .biz while searching on the net.

so .com /.biz will be top TLDs, so .net domains loosing their value.
