I just can't find anything on this lawsuit on the internet at all. Can you pull up the article? I'd like to read the story. It's not that I don't believe you, just curious about the details.

Ironic, I found this same story while trying to find that neogamer.com lawsuit. Neopets still has chia.biz .... as you can see by chia.biz

If you read on neopets TOS (you can find it on the bottom of the page, the link to it) your not aloud to make profit from a help/fan site.

It happen pretty quick kids parents are REALLY rich and settled it out without going to court parents just paid and it left it go.

There was a letter sent to the kid but the kid ignored it

The letter was actually SCANNED and the front page of the neogamer site :P for about 4 months and if you clicked it went to vbulletin forums...
