domain neighborhoods.co.uk appraisal please

hi guys, just recently acquired this domain, any idea what its value would be? ( just a rough estimate)
im thinking it could be used for a housing site, housing info etc..

any opinions are welcomed.

The problem is that "neighborhoods" is the American spelling. The British one is actually "neighbourhoods".

That would be a serious problem that could kill the value of this domain.

Another problem that you might run into, is that .uk names are hard to push/ transfer.
You have to go through nominet.

But besides that, Id appraise this at about $100-250
