Basically it boils down to this, I have come up with two business ideas I will like to see come to fruition.
I won't go into specifics here, but I will say that the first is an updated, unique "spin" on an old idea. This business is product related (handmade by me) and would cover the same area that the greeting card industry covers (ie: birthdays, holidays, special occassions).
The second business idea is quite unique (at least I think) in that it involves an area of a huge niche, that from what I can tell, has not been covered yet. This idea is something that could possibly spread nationwide, especially in large cities. It's date related, yet NOT a matchmaking site. I go one step PAST the match.
What I can bring to the table at this point: not a whole lot I'm afraid. I haven't got the first clue when it comes to building a website, I'm not a saleswoman and I don't know a thing about marketing. Heck, I can be lucky I even know how to post this message. I've basically got nothing more than my two ideas, I will be making the product for Idea #1 myself and I live close enough to NYC and Philly to do the research and legwork that will be needed for Idea #2. Although I have basically nothing more than $1 or $2 here or there to put into these ideas, I'm not looking for funding from anyone.
What I DO need: At the most, an individual who feels as passionately as I do about one (or both) of my ideas, sees potential and wants to work their booty off with me to make it happen. Someone who has good, solid experience with ecommerce and web design, building, etc. It would be nice if this person also lived within the Tri State area (NYC, PA, NJ). At the least: someone who has good, solid experience with ecommerce and web design, building, etc. who would be willing to listen to and answer specific questions I have.
Sorry this turned into a book, but thank you for listening
