Need your suggestions on this site

Okey, here is the site, actually a forum.

I don't know if I am allowed to put the link here, if not, please delete it and I am sorry for this.
Anyway I have an idea to design a forum for all countries in this planet. I know it is huge but quite attractive to me.
This site is a PR 2 site now due to my use of Traffic blazer of Godaddy.
The question is I have no idea how to promote it, I thought advertizing in universities is not a bad idea since there are lots of international people there. And I tried to be in the big political or travelling forums but it seems usually they are more national than international and most of them don't allow link in the sig.
Any one of you have any ideas on this international forum?

It is back! I would love to get back in the swing of things. It has been forever. I really dislike the logo for WorldOL. I think you should get a revamp on that logo. Also, put text in the banner and that banner at the bottom should be redone, it doesn't match the current layout. The enter link shouldn't be blue and should have a cool rollover. Sorry about the critique, but this is my honest opinion. I think the forum should get a new look, something with earthy green tones. Get someone to design a new logo first then revamp the whole layout.
