.tv Need urgent advice

I've never transfered regular renewal fee .tv's from Enom to other registrars.
Now i'm selling one name to an enduser, they want to transfer domain to other registrar. They asked Sedo guys and they told them that .tv's that are registered with Enom couldn't be transfered to other registrar!

Is it true??

I think they are not right. As I understand only premium renewal fee domains has to remain with ENom.
