Need to speed up DropCatch photo verification

Didn't realise I had to do this as well as I have bought from them for ages but have not used them recently.

Anyway, upon logging in for a long time it asks me to do the verification.

Can someone from NamePros such as a DC rep please contact me so I can give you my username as there are domains expiring in under 24 hours I would like to bid on!!
