What type of domain is it, "Dropped" or "Pre-Release"?

For a domain that DropCatch has caught ("Dropped") then the domain goes to auction only when multiple people have backordered it. If there is no bid in the auction then the highest back order wins it. If a "Dropped" domain goes to auction then someone is guaranteed to get the domain (assuming they pay). You must participate in the auction to have a chance of getting a domain.

If the domain is "Pre-Release" it means that it came from NameBright, the registrar that runs DropCatch. A domain in a "Pre-Release" auction may be released and become available to register if nobody bids on it.

@shr.ink - can you help me? My drop ends today, but my account is STILL under verification. I honestly am at a loss. It's been 72 hours with drop catch, but because it's a holiday (labor day) and it's still dropping no one will respond to my emails or calls?

Any chance you can help me? This is my first time with dropcatch. My domain has a bid on it, so I'm mega worried.
