Need Talented Domain Broker in the Netherlands

Hi guys, I thought I had started a topic on this but maybe I didn't because I can't find it. Anyways, if there is a better section of the forum for this type of question please let me know or feel free to move it. I would like to purchase a domain that is registered in the Netherlands and have had trouble contacting the owners. Might be a language barrier thing or trying to call across the pond. In any case, I am looking for a broker who is used to operating in that part of the world to help me out. Any recommendations? Thanks
