Need suggestions on categories for a W.I.P directory
Hello all,
I'm currently working on a directory-based website specifically for companies. I'm currently still working on it, hence I'm not promoting it fully just yet. Before I promote it, I want to ensure that the categories are applicable for companies. The website can be found at:
http://trackyourcompany.tauonline.org/index.php (Once all the back-end stuff is done, I'll move it to "trackyourcompany.com" - registered to me)
As you can see, it still needs some work! I've put up 14 categories so far, however I'm not sure that they fit in with the idea of this directory being specifically for companies. I suck at this sort of thing, and as such I'm wondering if you could help me out by coming up with about 10 - 40 starting categories (i.e. to be put on the main page as 'top level' categories) that would be applicable to companies?
Also, I know that I want to keep this directory just to companies, however do you have any suggestions on whether I should focus on just internet companies (i.e. not 'real life' companies with websites solely for advertising their real life company etc) or what? I want to get this directory up and running soon enough, so I'd appreciate your input in how to set-up the categories and all
