Need Sponsored Hosting for a NON-PROFIT Endeavour

Hey guys I have a Few domains that I use for total non-profit purposes. I was hoping if someone can spare some Gigs on their server for us.

We develop non-profit websites all over the planet, and our web designing rates are bare minimum compare to the quality of desgins we sell out each year.

If someone can help me out.
I am looking for.

10 Gigs Space.
20 Gigs Bandwidth
And other regular features.

I need a person, who can actually keep in touch on IM.

We may also discuss future project prospects with the sponsor, as we aim to provide free designing, as long as the hosting lasts to the Web Hosting Seller.
