Need Large Hosting *Cheapest*

I am helping a freind Start an Anime/FanSite thing and i am going to help buy Purchasing the Hosting for Storing the Videos/Images ect..

I was gonna go with Servage.net but everyone tells me they are horrible... so now im trying to find something as good, even though it wont happen , for as
cheap as Possible.

These are my Requirements:

Site Must be at least 1 year old
Many Customers

This is what i need:

10+ Gigs of Space
100+ Gigs Bandwidth

Dreamhost offers you lots of space and bw. They don't kick out most of the big traffic sites, but I've read their uptime is sub optimal. That's something to be expected for a $23.00 US/(first)year 20GB space/1TB bw, unlimited domains hosting plan (using one of the many $97 off coupons).

I had one such accounts for out of network, non-critical backups for a year. I used the space alright, but I never really checked the uptime.

I don't like ultracheap hosting providers, I never use them for anything critical (that's why I have my own dedicated servers @ LT and softlayer), but if you want cheap...

There are also good hosting providers in these forums, judging from the testimonies of NP members I've read (hint: check the ad space), but I'm not sure about their prices.
