Need someone whos good at paypal IPN

Hi,
Im in need of a paypal IPN expert who can take a look at our IPN script.
It stoped working 2 days ago, i dont know why but should be rather simple.
You will have to do it on your server since this is a live website which i can not give access to.

The script is simple...

user submits their "user id" cost is 15$ when payment is through it ads 30 days to that userid.
