Need someone to quickly code a table for my site

What I need is a box/table like what i have below (I did this in photoshop)


Its gonna run down to the bottom of the page, and needs to be positioned up at the top right next to the 'do you want white teeth'.

black will be like a heading, text will go in there
and text in the white also

This has already been done.
I needed it quickly and after getting no replies, I managed to do it myself within about 15 minutes.
I sure hope a lot of you were joking when you PMed me expecting a payment of $50-$175 USD for a friggen table. Thats disgraceful.
