Need a Quick Subpage PSD Sliced

It's already sliced. I have the original PSD, and Sliced PSD.

What I need is all the content from the middle removed, and make it basically a Big Table for the content area.

I will pay $10 for this. Needs to be done quick. Quick and Easy job for someone that knows photoshop and imageready.

And this will be like a Subpage. (image below)

This is what the subpage should look like, but the white area needs to be one large table.
