need someone to fix error on adult script

i have porntube6.com which run on x10media script
but receive error:

my friend fix everything ..config paths etc..but now i get this error:
Fatal error:
The encoded file /home/bangboat/public_html/porntube6.com/functions/settings.php is not permissioned for 64.31.58.131 in Unknown on line 0

i don't know what mean.maybe something with license..i sent pm to mods on x10media forum ,tickets and etc..no response..worst support ever..5 days my is down because of them.

sounds easy enough change the permissions of the settings.php to CHMOD 755 as its the standard php permission

i changed it to 755 already but problem still exists.
