Need someone to backup a website and load to new host

Hi. I have a site running on a server which is about to be made defunc. I need someone to do a backup of the site urgently and upload to a new host at some stage. I haven't looked at any hosting options yet so if you have any recommended ones please advise.

I also have another site i will need to have uploaded and hosting for in the near future but this is not urgent.

Your price and if you can do just about immediately would be great.

Also, i am interested in having a good custom website built later. Something a little offbeat and interesting. The theme will be the results of the treatment of a large facial pimple/lump over the weeks/months by a natural herbal product. Will need to be able to add text and upload pics. Also a paypal link. Your ideas etc appreciated.
