Restore website from a backup file

After a year I am putting my site back up and need to have someone restore the site using a backup i had made. Will also need to restore the mysql database. there will be a couple a things needing to be edited since its on a different server. I will of course provide the files and access to the cpanel.

THESE FILES ARE NOT TO BE KEPT WHEN THE PROJECT IS COMPLETE THEY ARE TO BE DESTROYED.

The Back up is the one provided by my last server which is a tar.gz file

As for pay im not the one doing the work so I need to know what it will cost me to restore and reconfigure for the server

Can't you just restore the file with the backup option in cpanel? If you need help, please send an email to [email protected]. It'll probably cost around 5-15 dollars depending on how smooth it'll be.
