Need quick help NOW please...

Okay- so Buydomains.com sent me an email offering to buy some domains from me. I told him that I had paypal account and that could send them a request for funds. The last email he sent me said " Simply provide your paypal account information to me and await contact from Staci tomorrow to transfer the domains. "

What paypal information would I posibly send him that would be safe for me? I'm the one requesting payment. Am I being scammed? The addresses check out. He didn't agree to purchase any names that I didn't actually send to buydomains.com.

I've only requested funds through paypal. What paypal info do I give him for them to make payment to me? What should I do????????? :yell:

Your email addy is all they should need, but they may request all of your info so they can report it for tax purposes. Never sold to them, so your best bet would just be to clarify on the phone or even email.

All they need is the email address that you use to log in to your paypal account on paypal.com. Don't give them the password.

BuyDomains mustve increased their buying prices, because I was only offered $25 for QBZ.com

I wonder how long ago that was.... 6 months maybe?

so here's the scoop...

It wasn't a scam. I've never sold names to buydomains.com before. They just had me push the names to their acct. at my reg and then sent me a paypal payment tonight. They just needed my paypal address. I had to push all the names to them first. As a rule I don't push names until I've gotten payment... but, I called their offices and it was legit.

Almost makes me tempted to see if they'd pony up for real this time.

I'm happy; it was an easy process. Considering they're resellers I think they were very fair. More than any NPs were willing to shell out! :hehe: Send your names off to them. It takes about a week. Who knows??????
