Need Quality Content for New site...Any Suggestions..?

Hello Everyone...

I'm hoping this post is in the right area if not please feel free to move Mod.

Looking for some Quality information....

Currently working on a project that requires information such as tips, advice, answers to questions on many subjects.

Although there will be publishers/writer/advisors on board, due to the fact that its an new project many categories will not be updated regularily so this is why We are seeking some ideas as to the best content services out there.

Of course Free is always the first Choice, but at this time we are open to all options...

All post are appreciated and positive rep will be awarded on suggestions...

Find a writer (there is a "buy/sell/trade" forum here, where you could ask, for example), agree a price/deal (you could offer advertising space in place of actual money, for example).

Colleges my friend, the opportunities are with future journalists, psychologists, physicians, etc. Most of them need an opportunity to publish, they are eager to present their work and get their name out. Tap into the source and offer them a perfect way to get recognized and establish an easy to distribute portfolio.

Also, if you're looking for professionals; in this day and age, it may just be enough to offer decent backlinking to get a weekly submission from someone that's on the way to the top.

To get the top guys, you needed to reach a bit deeper into your pocket. So, my suggestion would be to go with the colleges, they have free job boards, easy access and tons of potential.

At the same time, colleges provide a first class environment for content editors, IT staff to keep everthing in check, etc. you just need to find the right mix and keep the "staff" geographically separated, so you maintain total control over the project.
