New site just developed I NEED SUGGESTIONS

I posted help for my website and got some suggestions and i worked on it and its some what done. www.webmasterstrade.com i need some more suggestions on how to improvie this. I hope to get some good feed back. The site isfully functional people can sign up so thats nothing. Just content and stuff extra features i could add any suggestions would be great thanks.

Why are all the webmasters lurking in shadows? Doing shady business in shady rooms?

Yeah, I'm being analogous but the dark colors and shady images hurt what I think it being presented as an "open aired" environment for sharing ideas.

It's too dark for my taste. Probably wouldn't hang out there for that reason alone.

Knee jerk reaction but remember, the national average show that you have 11 SECONDS to give a visitor a reason to stay or to avoid finding a reason to leave.

I Like the layout but I would agree that it's too dark looking - I would brighten it up with some orange maybe along the top nav and change the links to a nice blue or orange perhaps. JMO
