Why is this thread even in "Web Development Wanted" ?

I guess because we don't approve many new members in the "Design Contest" section, Which is where that rule actually applies about all submissions shall be in the contest thread. We don't just approve new members in there for a reason - We don't know anything about them yet. They need to prove themselves within this community Before we trust them to do the right thing after a contest.

To all that entered submissions : Do not Enter "contests" that aren't even in the contest section.


This section is NOT a way to get around our rules in the design section folks ....
