Need information, CYBERSQUATTING

basically I read about a new website coming up, so I registered its .net & .org its a generic website name, like software, pencil etc.

so trademarks aside, how do I approach the owners with selling?

does an offer to sell validate legal action against me, I am receiving alot of traffic from the .net & .org

any advice welcome

dont approach the owner, to sell him his own trademarked names.... thats like hey i own .net and .org you can have it!

if someone has registered the .com and has a developed website then they probably could not care less that you have the .net and .org ... only if you developed websites on those names to appear like the .com sales focus ... and then you can be legally challenged ... for reasons which are self-evident ...
