Hi,

I turn of my computer i reset it, neither one helps me with my internet settings.

Everytime i visit a site, its not up to date? why? ihave to click on refresh???

Could be a cache issue.

First check the obvious, check that your 'Work Offline' setting is not on. Then clear your cache and try visiting a site again.

No, this will be a browser issue so the clock will not come into it.

The clock will only come into play on sometimes that are have time logouts which is only a few sites. Is this in Internet Explore, FireFox, Opera or another browser?

explorer, this suks, i keep needing to click on refresh, even after computer being off for hours

Go to Tools > Options > Settings... (under "temporary internet files" section) and select "Automatically" under the "Check for newer versions of stored pages" in IE. Hope that helps!

if this problem will not solve after these given all things. Its mean you are using internet via server which cache setting is out. it will be problem of server then.
