PayPal help please

hello
i have paypal email but i just forgot my password
n when i try to reset my password through email
it sends me an email with a reset link
but when i click that link it opens a page n says

page not found
click here to try again
go to homepage

what should i do to recover my password please help me out

You are getting email. And when you click on that link it says Page Not Found.

First of all make sure you are requesting this from paypal website because some guys also make pages like paypal and then steal the info.

1) See that the link you have got isn't broken. It happens sometimes don't click the link but copy the whole link paste it in Browser if its anchor text is the link. If it is something like "Click Here" then right click copy short cut and paste it in notepad and see where it is going.

2) Maybe your browser has some thing in it. Try this from some other PC.

don't click on any email with paypal links on it, if you have to type it manually then do it and must be prefixed with https:// or else it's the phishers web site

my problem is i just forgot my password

the link my password reset email is not working

Friend that is what we are saying. If the link is not working it means the link is broken or the email you are receiving is not from paypal.

Because I can see no reason why the paypal website would be down for the forgot password page.
