Need Help With Traffic Estimate

Hope everybody's fine.I have two questions regarding estimating traffic for type in's.

1- Which are the best tools for type in estimate.I know overture and word tracker.How good is Google's traffic estimator tool?Also tell how can we correlate the data from these tools and type in? For e.g if there is a score of 1000 for wordtracker or overture then can we estimate the percentage of type in's?

2-How much value do you think the .co.uk has as compared to its .com alternate?Also what percentage does .co.uk type in traffic compared to .com alternate? For e.g say domain.com gets 100 uniques a day,then can you estimate how much domain.co.uk can get?

For the first question, to estimate how much traffic a site has, use this.

I could be wrong, but I don't think it's really possible to tell what the type-ins will be. The reason is that there is no consistant number to use. If there is one domain that gets 100 searches, you might get 1 or two type-ins a month, but manybe not. If it's a short domain like one word, that you may get some type-ins. If it's 2-3 words, then you may not get any.

Your second question is even harder. Someone would have to have a lot of both kinds of domains to get some information on that...
