Hi guys,
As the name says, I don't do this much but I think I got a decent one tonight, sorta by mistake...
It is keyword-keyword-keyword.com
OK so it is ugly with the hyphens and all... but it might get better looking when I tell you the rest.
The *exact* phrase (brackets) in google has 301,000 searches a month. The top 5 searches > 350,000 a month...
It is VERY VERY targeted traffic... (travel accommodations info)
google gets $2.75 CPC for these keywords.
So 3 questions.
1) Any guess on the value of the domain.
2) Guess if developed and in the top 10 of google?
3) What if lightening struck and I can get it to #1?
I've been doing SEO work for quite a while and would invest some time and money on this...
