Need Help in A big way Thank you

OK I have an account at Name CHeap opened it to receive a push form a NP member. SO Friday night I decide to register some names with them
I register three typos :
Moverd.com - Movers
Publishng.com - Publishing
Onlinebankng.com Online Banking
Goes through at 8:40 9:00 get a email saying transaction cancelled
Go to Login it says locked tried to log in tooo many time with wrong password That is a lie I never even sgined off when I registered the three names. THis was around 12 when I was doing this. So I click moverd.com and they have a parked page like it is registered. I got o a Registrat I usually use Idotz.net
it shows moverd.com available I reg with them goes through but I did not get the normal invoice Weird. I then reg two new typos genric again no TM
cellulaphones.com and mp3playrs.com THis time I get the invoice. So I think cool name cheap just screwy. I just now look at Idotz and it says those two are pending and shows Moverd.com in my account. This is crazy Are non TM typos not legal?

Well One part fixed now over 24 hours later Idotz sent second email saying names sent to registry and now they work. Was there a problem with registrars? Thank you and Johnny 6 thank you for your help on this on DNC
Name cheap still don't understand what's going on with them.

Thank you guys I did its been Over 40 hours No replyand I find out that the name that was pushed xcf.us IS not my whois Now whenever I get any other names pushed it shows my whois I bought beyince.com from same NP member and Fabulous has it showing my whois. But Namecheap it is some guy in Israel. When you push a name doesn't registrar just update WHOIS? Thank you

I recently had a serious problem with NameCheap.
Bought a name from a member and pushed it to my NameCheap account - No Prob.
Except the domain wasn't "resolving" anywhere!

URL not found etc.........
I sent a polite (informative) e-mail to NameCheap support.
NO RESPONSE - over a week!

I can't find a phone number for them anywhere????

Anyway - transferred the domain to GoDaddy... and it took a lot longer
than "normal" but it did transfer and now resolves perfectly.

VERY concerned about NameCheap!
P.S. eNom actually sent me the e-mail indicating I wished to transfer the domain...
Not NameCheap. (I know they're a reseller).

Huh. I recently bought a name & opened a NameCheap account to have it pushed to me. No problems. I will probably use them for further registrations, as I've heard generally good reports.
