I want to develop InsurancePolicy.mobi. I would like a visitor to the site be able to find the best quotes/prices on different cars from different companies.

I would need someone to develop this for me but more importantly, I would need permission from the top companies (state farm, allstate, geico, etc) to use their info.

Does anyone know if a site like this can be developed, and if I would be able to get this information?

Thanks,

Mike

Thanks. I wonder if any of these affiliates would work out on a mobile device. It appears that it is possible to aquire this data. Now I just need help finding the right source for all of it and to develop this.

This particular application, as most leadgen applications, has some challenges.

Most of the insurance affiliate programs work as a "hand off". In other words, you link to their site/landing page or you host part of the form (2-3 fields) which is then sent via post to page 2 of their form. The challenge is that I am not aware of any of the big affiliate programs which are mobile compliant. They will be, no doubt - but not yet.

One possible alternative would be a program which permits server post ( you host the entire form on your mobile compliant site & then post by server to the aff server). Not many options there either yet - except in the loan category. From what I have seen, the finance lead niche may need some more time before it is ready for mobile traffic.

Thanks for the response. Unfortunately I'm not too technical when it comes to design but I understood most of that. I think hosting the form on my site and post by server to the aff server is one possibility.

There should be a way to have a user input all of their info and have it put a query in that searches through different databases for the best rates. Someone must be able to design this.
