.mobi Advices sought on developing A2Z.mobi

I have started planning on developing my next .mobi project: A2Z.mobi

One possibility is to develop it into classified ads site, but i would like to hear your advices and suggestions what other possibilities I could do with it.

In the UK we have an 'A to Z' that is a map of all the roads/streets etc. Maybe you can make an autoroute/mapquest type of site for mobile users?

Make A to Z lyrics site so people can see the lyrics also while listening to music on their mobiles.

Other one would be for kids but I doubt that ABCD kids will have a surfing device with them :D

yeah a very good idea.
also the classifieds also an obvious choice.
maybe speak to the guy on here that owns pilot.mobi?
he did a nice job, it's a directions site. mabe he can point you in right direction.
ideas is never a problem , it's actual development that takes the time

Well,
A2Z can be developed as a open source mobile encyclopedia, just like wikipedia. In fact, you don't need to build all the pages of it, if you develop it as an opensource project.

A2Z can be a reference website for a particular domain area (just like a knowledge base)

A2Z can be a mobile shopping website, like eBay.
