Need Free Windows Hosting to Learn ASP.NET, C#, etc

Hi,

I need some Windows hosting for free that I can use to play around with ASP.NET, C#, and just plain ASP.

I don't need anything fancy, just like 10 MB space and 500 MB bandwidth, but no ads if possible.

Database? Not exactly sure how that works but a database would be great. I don't need email or subdomains.

I can host you but I am running linux. I am not quite sure if this matters. It isn't exactly free I would ask something like 20NP$ a month if that is okay. PM me and let me know.

Don't know much about it, never tried.

UPDATE: Bah - they need your credit card information up front anyway, and they need to own your domain name for it. I refuse to sign up but thanks anyway.
