Need file share type website help

i would like to build,(have built) , a website where poeple can upload and download files. As an example someone could upload a file show a picture of it and then others can go to the website and download the file. There are other features i want to add but the file share is the main one.

Does anyone know of a easyis to use site like this that i could use.

It like Mediafire, or Megaupload, Rapidshare ? you need to ensure that users of bandwidth used at appropriate. Sever also important in building a site upload and download

Besides what Conan1409 has shared with us you can also try 4shared and box.com. I use both of this websites often for sharing files. You have the option to privately share the files if you want to or display them publicly if you share the downloads. It's your choice.
