I am looking for a script that will run a site similar to rapidshare or megaupload.
This is a site that allows people to create an account, upload files, then give them an html link for that file. When they distribute that link, it takes the viewer to a page where they can access the file to download for free, but are only allowed a certian amount of bandwidth per day by IP address. They can upgrade to a premium account to get full access with unlimited bandwidth. Once they have click on the free download button or upgrade, they are taken to the next html page (if they have bandwidth on thier free account left for the day) which contains the file link for them to download. If they have a free account, they must wait a set number of seconds before the download will start, allowing all advertisements to load and be seen before they can click the download button. Premium paid accounts do not see th advertising banners ect...
Does anyone know of a script that does this or could be modified to do all of this for me? Could you write one...and if so, how much $$ are we talking?
Let me know...if I don't get any responses here, I will have to get my programmer to write it, and I am thinking this may get a little too expensive.
