Wanted a picture script

Hi guys.

I am just wanting to know where i can get a picture script from
eg, the users can upload content onto it.
with a file size limit and then can scroll through it.
eg a 200k file size limit or something like that.

I have a domain, would like to do something with it!

Looking for a file hosting script, a hot or not script, what exactly.
Have you tried, I know this is done, searching on google?
