Hi,

I downloaded .gif file from www.webdesigntemplets.com/templets
I use paint to edit the file and save the format back to .gif but i found that the picture is not movable. May i know how to edit the .gif file using appropriate software?

I have to say that there are certain illegal parts conncted to this site. In fact, it's an exact copy of members' area of www.templatespace.com.

I would recommend ImageReady by Adobe for image editing.

What VIP-IP Image Ready is best for editing gif images. There are many options thought if you want a free choice. Just do a search for Gif Animation Programs over the similiar.
